Matt is a saxophonist and founder of Matt and Phred's Jazz Club. Matt has been one of the main driving forces in jazz over the last 20 years in the North West.

Matt has a big “Dexter Gordon” like sound on tenor and a flowing melodic solo playing style.

Transylvanian born double bass player Michael has a rich heritage of Romanian folk tradition, a unique understanding of jazz improvisation and is unparalleled in his solo ability on bowed bass.
